After close to a year of negotiations, your Bargaining Team has reached a tentative agreement for a new contract with NTPC.
The deal came after three days of intense negotiations between the parties and the final Minutes of Settlement have been signed off.
The tentative agreement is being unanimously recommended by your Bargaining Team.
Details of the tentative agreement will be released at membership meetings that are being scheduled in the coming weeks. Members in good standing will have the opportunity to vote on ratification of the tentative agreement at that time.
This is your Collective Agreement, outlining your terms and conditions of work for the length of the new contract. Please make every effort to attend!
