Re: Bargaining Update #2
Your Bargaining Team has now met twice with the Employer to negotiate a new Collective Agreement with Northwest Territories Power Corp.
We exchanged bargaining proposals in a virtual meeting during the first week of November, and then met to bargain face-to-face in Yellowknife from November 30 to December 3, 2021.
Our last Collective Agreement expired on December 31, 2020 but remains in effect until a renewal agreement is reached.
Negotiations are ongoing and the parties are meeting again in early February.
