Your UNW bargaining team has met four times with the GNWT bargaining team since starting negotiations with the employer in March 2023. The most recently meetings were held June 6-8; the next round of negotiation meetings are scheduled for the first week of July.
As collective bargaining progresses, it’s more important than ever to show the employer that you support your bargaining team! If you are interested in some UNW swag – either to wear or create visibility in your work area, please reach out to a bargaining team member or your Regional Vice President.
More detailed information about bargaining will be presented at Regional Meetings throughout the summer. Please keep an eye on your email and the UNW website for meetings dates near you.
